Our Fire Extinguisher classes are instructed by Professional Firefighters that will assist you in the compliance of OSHA’s 29 CFR 1910.157(g):
- Where an employer has provided portable fire extinguishers for employee use in a workplace, the employer shall also provide an educational program to familiarize employees with the general principals of the fire extinguisher and the hazards involved in incipient stage firefighting.
- The employer shall provide the education required in paragraph (g)(1)of the section upon initial employment and at least annually thereafter.
The 2 hour class begins with a classroom presentation and is followed by Live Fire, Hands-On, Training.
